Smart weight Loss


I am engrossed in researching on articles which enable weight loss with minimal physical excertion :P. My innate quality of being lethargic has led me to explore some of the smart possibilities.

I have got myself started on Green Tea and 2-3 Mile Long runs to keep myself fit and fine. I drink 2-3 servings of Green Tea about 250ml a day and I can attest for the efficacy of the tea. Apart from the weight reduction , It is supposed to balance the HDL- LDL cholesterol levels, prevention of cancer and rheumatoid arthritis and serves as an immunity booster!
